Once you purchase one of our signature glass spice jars, you become eligible for our refill program. Simply scan the QR code on the bottom of your jar to request a fresh spice pouch delivered to your door for only the cost of shipping.
Where are your spices sourced from?
We source our spices from sustainable small-batch farms globally, ensuring peak potency and ethical harvesting practices. Our spices are non-irradiated and contain no anti-caking agents.
How long does shipping take for refills?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your spices are dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I return my spice jars if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hardware and unused spice sets. If your jars arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, contact our support team for a full refund or replacement.
Are your spice jars dishwasher safe?
Our high-quality borosilicate glass jars are completely dishwasher safe. however, we recommend hand-washing the bamboo or stainless steel airtight lids to preserve the silicone seals.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working diligently to expand our refill program to international home cooks in the near future.
